The view was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom which is always my biggest concern, was stunning, dated but so well kept and spotless. Large and comfortable. Toilet was rather low to the ground is probably my only qualm. Everything else was great. Would be awesome if there is a toaster in the room to be able to make toast, or even a microwave. Room service was delicious. I had the battered fish and chips and there was enough for two people in a single serve which was very nice, fresh and the fish was delicious. Great close walking distance to Coles and other shopping, which was awesome. Fantastic array of bars, restaurants and activities just outside the door. Will definitely book again.

Customer service: every staff member encountered were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly would like to mention a staff member who welcomed me to the hotel and even came down to the street level to find me when I was a little lost finding the entrance because of the building works. Check-in and Check-out processes were simple and fast. The Room: The beds were very comfortable. Shower was a great water pressure. View of the ocean from our balcony was lovely. Easy access to Scarborough Beach and local shops. thank you! Loved my stay.

Good location, great views, good size room with comfortable large bed. Breakfast was very good. Lot of renovations going on and the pool was off limits however still charged full price! Offered free use of the local pool but this was not as convenient so ended up not using which was a shame. You could hear drilling through the walls throughout the day. Bathroom felt tired albeit clean. The jacuzzi style bath didn’t work. All in all nice hotel just unlucky I guess to stay with the works going on shame the price wasn’t reflected.

The view and location are 5 star! We had a deluxe ocean view room which really was the highlight of staying here. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for our anniversary and received a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates just after we checked in, as well as a personalised note. It really made our stay feel special. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and everything was fresh and perfectly cooked.
